This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 46 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Tioga County, New York. This hunting lease is located in WMU (7S) and is about 20 miles NW of Binghamton, New York. This lease is mostly active crop fields. There are about 7 acres of woods and brush around these fields. The property was loaded with deer tracks and trails. The hunting lease has a nice established trail to the north-east corner for easy access (drove my truck). There are several great stand locations that will provide excellent view of game. The woods to the east had many trails coming into the fields. The landowner stated seeing deer and turkey in these fields. Because of the access and the obvious stand locations this property should hunt fairly easy . The west border is a thick small ravine with a small stream. There are many good size trees for stands in the fence lines and ravine edge. There is one tree stand on the SW corner of the woods that protrudes into the field (great spot). The stand was on the property when the landowner purchased it. Use stand at own risk. I saw lots of oak trees and acorns on the ground. The property is well posted. There is an access road that has 2 gates you have to go through. Ensure you close the gates behind you. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No camping on lease.
